Return and Refund Policy

All the products are available under a 7 Day Return Window, unless stated otherwise under the Product Description.

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window when:

  • It Was delivered in a damaged condition.
  • It is not the same as that which was ordered.
  • It has missing accessories/parts.
  • You have changed your mind and don’t want it anymore.

No replacement or refund will be processed if:

  • The Product was already put to use by the buyer.
  • The the brand and/or MRP tags are found damaged or missing.
  • If the Product or any of its accessories has been damaged by the Buyer.
  • If it carries stains, sweat, detergent, or body odour.

The product will be inspected by our agent, in accordance with the conditions set forth here, prior to initiating a refund request.

Cuzava reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to anyone.
